On November 27, 2017, the lifting and debugging of the DJHC8017 exploration platform of Dajin Heavy Industry undertaken by our company was successfully completed at the second phase outfitting wharf.
Our company started blanking and rolling the pile leg in May 2017, closed it in August, connected the pile underwater in November and completed the lifting and debugging.
The pile leg is a rack-type cylindrical pile leg with a plate thickness of 38-58mm, a pile leg specification of 1.85*56, an ellipticity of any section ≤ 4mm, a straightness of 12 meters ≤ 5mm, and a pile leg material of EH36 A514, which is entered into CCS classification society.
