It is a wholly-owned company under the listed company "Tianhai Defense" (stock code 300008) (controlled by 100 of Jiangsu Dajin Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.). The company is located on the east side of Yangzhong No.2 Bridge, Xilaiqiao Town, Yangzhong City, Jiangsu Province, 180 kilometers away from the mouth of the Yangtze River. It is adjacent to the main waterway of the Yangtze River in the east, Xiyi Expressway in the west, Changzhou North Station of high-speed railway in the south and Taizhou Yangtze River Bridge in the north.
