Construction of DJHC8017 and 8018 jack-up exploration platform legs started

On May 27, 2017, our company undertook the construction of the DJHC8017 and 8018 jack-up exploration platform legs of Jiangsu Dajin Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. It is expected that all the work of blanking, sectional construction, closing and pile connection of the pile leg project will be completed by the end of October.
The pile leg is cylindrical and takes the form of rack lifting. Pile leg material EH36 A514, pile leg specification Ø1.85*55mm, plate thickness 30-36mm, ellipticity, arbitrary section ≤ 3mm, straightness, arbitrary 10 meters, straightness, 5mm, into CCS classification society.
This project not only has tight tasks and high quality requirements, but also needs to overcome the influence of high temperature season in summer. The leaders of the company attached great importance to it and held a special meeting before the start of construction, requiring all departments to attach great importance to it and fully cooperate to complete all the work of the pile leg project at the end of October.
